Our core competency is supplying food retailers in Germany. In particular, one such core competency is transporting goods at temperatures between 0 and + 2 ° C. Every day, our vehicles visit multiple warehouses from our distribution centre in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. Our drivers have the necessary expertise and plenty of experience in the food industry. We appreciate the absolute necessity of complying with cold chains, hygiene regulations and quality management, and promise top protection and individuality. With the right technology, excellent service and constant monitoring, we guarantee your goods will arrive on time.

As well as transportation, we offer you other top-quality logistics services. We see this segment not only as a necessary extra required to provide our core services, but as one aspect of our individually customised solutions. We offer cold and dry storage, along with product picking and packing.

Another of the services we offer in the field of transport is the overseas container transportation segment. As well as actual sea freight and classic road transport, we provide
you with flexible, inexpensive, eco-friendly means of transporting goods to the seaports by means of intermodal transport. To optimise this method, we use ultra-light chassis
and operate our own company trains, which regularly travel to the German seaports from the combined terminals in Minden and Halle an der Saale.

Moving more efficiently. Keeping emissions in focus.
Future Logistics means continuously improving our logistics processes and gradually reducing our company’s greenhouse gas emissions. To support this ambition, we have set science-based climate targets that have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). A systematic sustainability and environmental management approach helps us implement measures and track our progress. Since our 2021 base year, we have already reduced our emissions by 13.01%.
One of the key levers is the optimisation of our existing supply chains. Through intelligent route planning and the use of synergies, we aim to make transport routes and fuel consumption as efficient as possible. Wherever practical and feasible, we also use intermodal transport solutions and shift freight from road to rail.
At the same time, we are continuously developing our fleet. Intelligent telematics systems help us record and analyse fuel and energy consumption and identify further opportunities for improvement. In parallel, we are steadily increasing the share of battery-electric trucks in our fleet.
For us, Future Logistics is therefore not a final destination, but an ongoing process: reducing emissions, improving efficiency and gradually integrating new drive technologies into our logistics operations.
Efficient Vehicle Technology
Tevex Logistics is continuously developing its fleet with technologies that help reduce energy and fuel consumption in transport. These include particularly lightweight tractor units and fuel-efficient tyres, helping us reduce vehicle weight and fuel consumption in day-to-day operations.
At the same time, we are driving forward the electrification of our fleet. As a project partner of Daimler Truck AG, Tevex Logistics was one of the first companies in Germany to test the near-series eActros electric truck in real-world logistics operations. We are building on this experience and continuously expanding our electric fleet.
For us, electric drive systems are an important part of the transition towards lower-emission transport logistics.
Fleetboard Driver Management
Fleetboard’s digital solutions help us manage vehicles, drivers and transport operations efficiently. Analysing vehicle and consumption data provides transparency in day-to-day operations and helps us identify opportunities for improvement.
For example, we can analyse driving behaviour, fuel consumption and vehicle utilisation to optimise our transport processes. This helps us keep operating costs and fuel consumption under control while continuously improving the efficiency of our fleet.
Efficient Driving
Our drivers have a direct influence on the fuel and energy consumption of our vehicles. That is why Tevex Logistics promotes anticipatory and fuel-efficient driving through regular training and a dedicated incentive programme.
Our drivers learn practical techniques that can help reduce fuel consumption in day-to-day transport operations. This brings several benefits: more efficient vehicle use, lower fuel consumption and the active involvement of our drivers in our efficiency and climate protection measures.
